Shipping costs

We ship with DHL. After dispatch you will receive an email with the tracking link.

Germany

Flat rate €3.90. Free shipping from an order value of €150. Delivery time 1–3 working days after receipt of payment.

Other countries

We deliver to all EU countries as well as to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Free shipping from an order value of €250.

Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway

Deliveries to these countries are exports, so we do not charge German VAT. Import VAT and, where applicable, the carrier's customs clearance fees are payable in the country of destination. They are borne by the recipient and paid on delivery.

Returns

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. You can withdraw from your contract here: Withdraw from contract.

Payment methods

Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and more via Shopify Payments. The methods offered depend on your country.
PayPal
Bank transfer (prepayment): please use “Zahlung Vorkasse”, your order number and “lumentics.de” as the payment reference (e.g. Zahlung Vorkasse #1001 lumentics.de). We ship as soon as we have received your payment.
Invoice for companies, public authorities and educational institutions. We check the order before dispatch.
