Glow-in-the-Dark Baseplates Green, 2 Pieces, 25 × 25 cm Each

Two glow-in-the-dark baseplates for building bricks, 25 × 25 cm each. By day they are green; in a dark room the whole surface glows green and the models built on them stand out as silhouettes – without batteries, cables or electronics.

Properties

• Dimensions: 25 × 25 cm each, two plates
• Studs: 32 × 32 per plate, to the widely used standard, compatible with common building brick systems
• Material: ABS
• Colour: green by day, green in the dark
• Afterglow duration: clearly visible for around 1 hour after charging in sunlight, in complete darkness; up to 2 hours to eyes adjusted to the dark
• Glow in the material: the pigment is inside the plastic, not a coating

How to use the baseplates

• Place them side by side for a large building surface – or use them separately, for example as a display surface for finished models.
• To charge, put the plates in sunlight or under a bright lamp for a few minutes, then darken the room. With room light the glow is weaker.
• Clean with a damp cloth, then let them dry thoroughly.

Good to know

Not suitable for children under the age of 3. Tested to EN 71 (parts 1–3), as required for toys; we will send you the test report on request. The glow is an effect in the dark and is best seen in a properly darkened room.
