Printable glow paper for inkjet printers: the coated paper stores light and glows green in the dark. Use it to make glowing invitations, signs, crafts and designs. Printed areas do not glow – your print appears in the dark as a dark cut-out.
Properties
- Format: 2 sheets DIN A3
- Printer: inkjet printers only
- Paper: 350 g/m², approx. 0.4 mm thick – sturdy like card
- Colour: greenish yellow by day, green in the dark
- Afterglow duration: up to 4 hours after a full charge in complete darkness; strongest in the first few minutes
- Charging: with sunlight or artificial light, as often as you like
How to print on the glow paper
- The side with the green tint is the printing side.
- In the printer driver, select “photo paper” or equivalent as the paper type and “photo print” as the print mode.
- Set the highest quality level; if possible, choose slow printing so the ink can soak in.
- Let the ink dry well, then cut, stick or process further.
Tip: Because only the unprinted areas glow, designs with plenty of empty space – such as lettering or outlines – stand out most clearly in the dark.

Good to know
There is a separate type of glow paper for laser printers. Afterglow is an orientation and effect aid, not lighting: it becomes visible in real darkness. The longer and brighter the light the paper receives beforehand, the longer it glows.
