Luminous Paint for Watch Hands Natural Green 2 g – Fine Glow Paste

The luminous paint for watch hands is a ready-mixed glow paste with a fine grain – made for small, precise areas such as hand tips, numerals and hour markers. Natural Green is whitish in daylight and glows green to yellow-green in the dark. Because the pigment is not tinted, it is one of the strongest shades in the range.

Also for model making, jewellery, electronics and small markings on switches or keys that should remain recognisable at night.

Properties

• Colour: whitish in daylight, green to yellow-green in the dark
• Afterglow duration: up to 12 hours after a full charge, in complete darkness; slightly weaker than coarser pigments because of the finer grain
• Fine grain: can be applied precisely with a needle, toothpick or thin brush
• Ready to use: acrylic-based, no mixing needed, can be thinned with water if necessary
• Surfaces: metal, glass, plastic, wood, paper, stone and many more
• Charging: with daylight, lamplight or UV light, as often as you like

How to use the glow paste

1. Take the paste directly from the bottle with a fine needle, a toothpick or a thin brush and apply it.
2. Let it dry and apply a second coat – two coats give a much stronger glow.
3. Too thick? Thin with a little water. Thinning it more reduces the glow.
4. Close the bottle tightly after use so the paste does not dry out.

Tip: The lighter the surface, the stronger the glow. Prime dark hands in a light colour first. For outdoor use, cover the dried coat with a solvent-based sealant.

Good to know
